You'll need to be more specific. I presume you mean the completed CA24 which is certified by the revenue. This is not a public document. It is completed and signed by the executor/administrator and then goes to the revenue. They're not going to give anyone a copy except the person who sent it to them. As to whether the executor/administrator would give you a copy, well that's up to them. Is there a senario?
execurot will not sign off and transfer properties to the beneficiaries as she does not agree with the contents of the will. We are trying to have her removed and our solicitor said that if we could get copy of the list of assets, it would make life easier for him.
