Schedule of Assets

I am required to submit a Form 12 along with a copy of the will and a copy of the grant of probate for a deceased relative. No problems with all those.

I have also been asked to submit a Schedule of Assets. My solicitor has given me a completed copy of Form CA24. Is it this I need to submit or just sections of it, and if so what sections??
