Hi there. Has anyone else having problems with scanning passports. I had a problem with mine a few weeks ago. It worked fine in Dublin but coming through Lisbon I tried at least ten times before it finally worked . Others were having problems too an not just with one particular scanner.
Coming back from Brussels my son had the same problems. He tried three different ones but it wouldn't work . The attendant had to let him through and verify his passport before letting us go.
Why will they work sometimes but not other times. So frustrating..
