I have a saving certificate which will mature in a few days, it is in the name of our 5yr old son.
It was 5.5yrs ago when I purchased this so I cannot fully remember what details I gave at that time.
Query relates to the repayment form, specifically 'Option 2 Repayment', it asks for all account holders to sign, give DOB and PPSN & also give documentary proof of this if not already provided.
Wondering if anyone else completed this recently where cert was in their child's name and did you have to include a certified copy of an original document as evidence of your identity?
Perhaps this is not required as I think I completed this with the 1st cert I purchased 5.5 years ago.
