Savings account

Hi we have decided to set up a savings account (out of site and out of mind and all that)

Want to know what is the best bank to go with. We will be able to save about 600 month or so but want the one that can make us the most money back with interest and very little risk of loosing our own money.

Does this exsist? It doesnt bother us if we need to give notice of touching the money but dont want to get tied up in an account where money has to be there for a certain amount of years

Have you read the Financial Best Buys forum list of best deposit accounts/rates and the many existing threads on maximising deposit interest returns by mixing and matching a range of lump sum demand/term and regular saver accounts?
