Sample tenancy / leasing contract?

I am about to let a property in the coming days - but cant seem to find a sample tenancy / leasing agreement online?
Can anyone advise where I could get one....or even better, would anyone be willing to send me a sample contract to aoibh2008@hotmail.com?
