Does anyone know a good site where i can get sample letters. i have to write a few letters to the bank. i found one for the gift letter but i need one for:

Written confirmation being received prior to cheque issue of your intention to rent rooms in property to augment income.

A letter from my borhter guaranteeing the loan

im crap at writing letters. so any help would be great.

I've never heard of a lender asking for the first one. Get them to draft something for you to sign.

As regards the second, you need to consult your solicitor as it's a lot more involved than you writing a letter.
