does anyone know where i could buy salt in big bags thats suitable for private steep icey concrete driveway,pref in tipp/limerick area and approx price
 
JG Chemicals ltd in Limerick. Salt for this purpose should cost about 20 cent a kg.
 
be careful putting salt on concrete - it can degrade the surface of the concrete ... I learned this the hard way! Perhaps grit or sawdust would be better???
 
thanks guys,my concrete is imprint coloured as well so might not be good idea
