Sale of house later this year - we are considering retaining a portion of one of the large gardens. Is this tricky in terms of land registration/title etc?
What you retain will need a separate title and needs to be marked out. Make sure it doesn't undervalue what you're selling, and don't attempt to camouflage what you're intending to do in any way.
