Our house went sale agreed over 2 months ago and at the time we were in a great position as we had 3 bidders. We wanted a quick sale as had deposit on house overseas, the EA was aware of this and informed us that the higest bidder had their house sold and want to move in asap, so we agreed on sale.
I pushed for a closing date late August early September and I still don't have a closing date as both EA and my solicitor can't get a hold of the person in question. Yesterday alone my solicitor left 11 messages.
I am set to loose my 22k deposit if not signed by next week.
Should I just take the house off the market, look for a new buyer or just shoot the breeze and hope they return call by next week??
