Salary rate

Good evening. This is my first thread and I only wish to be placing it in the right place.
I would like to know the salary level rate of the IBEC. Is it possible?
Where can I get it? I was just checking their website but couldn't find anything.

What do you mean by the salary level rate for IBEC? They would employ many staff in many different roles at many different rates

I'm not sure,..., I was told that the levels of salary of the company for which I work are based on the publications of the IBEC. This different levels depend on your level of studies (degree.....), experience.... and also depending on the area of ireland where the company is placed.
I thought that may be IBEC publishes it but, i couldn't find it.

That'll be the annual IBEC Salary Survey so. You'll be able to get some of the high-level details from press reporting on these reports, but the full reports are only available to members.
