Hi all,
I’ve a question regarding EBS bank. I’m new to them and I get my salary Paid on My EBS account.
I usually receive my salary every second Friday - I was with BOI and AIB before and the salary was shown on my account before 12pm on the same day.
It’s now Monday afternoon and I still didn’t get last Friday’s salary .... my company confirmed they made the payment and EBS said nothing has been bounced back from my account.
They said that transactions might take up to 5 working days and the same goes for BOI and AIB, I agree with that, but a salary should always appear on payday , it is the same in every bank and only the hours might differ.
so my question is, does anyone here receive their salary on EBS? If so, how long does it take for it to appear on your account, in comparison with other banks ?
just to be clear, I’m based in the Republic of Ireland and my salary is in euro.
