S Co Dublin heating engineer

Hi, recently bought a house that has been empty for c.1yr and had the gas boiler checked and new pump fitted last week. Left the system running for a while and found brown rusty water streaming down the outside of the house from the back of the boiler on my return.

We cant move in until we have heat, and the guy who came out last week is not returning my calls (despite not being paid!).

Can anyone recommend a reliable (perhaps czech / polish?) registered gas engineer on the south side?
