Anyone else have a problem checking-in?
I booked before the site was revamped and can't get into either my reservation or on-line check-in today. Keeps telling me that the details entered do not match those on record.
I'm currently, for the past 20 min, in a queueing system on 0818 303030. We're travelling tomorrow.
Suggestions?

Duh!! The Higher Power read the booking ref over the phone and "I" does not, obviously [now], equal "1"
