Ryanair offer €2.80 Aer Lingus

Hi,

I am an Aer Lingus shareholder and have received an offer from Ryanair for my shares at €2.80.

My question is - if I accept this offer, is Ryanair obliged to purchase my shares? Or is their offer contingent on a minimum number of such offers being accepted by other shareholders?

(I know we don't discuss individual shares here, but I'm not looking for financial advice, just clarification on the terms of the offer.)

No, I couldn't decrypt all the legalese and figure out what the exact terms of the offer were.
