Does anyone know if there is a place to bring your household waste to dispose of in the Phibsboro/North Circular Road area. Our rubbish hasn't been collected now for two weeks due to snow. It's piled high on the bins and cats are trying to tear at it. We have brought our green waste stuff to the centre on Collins Avenue, but just wondered if there is a place to dispose of household waste near us in North Circular Road. Don't know when our bins will be next collect.
