Does anybody understand what RS Zoning means on a plot of land. I'm looking at a plot in Rush but am originally from Swords so I'm not a local. Could I get planning permission on a plot that is zoned RS?
If you understand SC Zoning that would be useful also!
Zoning: The property is zoned Objective SC in the current Fingal County Council Development Plan 2005-2011 which is to provide and enhance the special physical & social character of major suburban centres and provide and/or improve urban facilities.
Finally do the local planning guys take into account what you will use the land for? i.e. I want to build a house on a plot of land and grow green stuff on it (i.e. trees etc)!!
