Is any possibility of the rpz 2 per cent limit being increased?
Years ago the limit was 4%
But inflation was low and therefore it decreased to 2%
Now inflation is between 6% and 10%
My tracker rate is over 5%
Why are landlords being asked to shoulder the cost of rentals?
In current climate with SF brink of winning an election is just too unpopular?
