My redundancy has been confirmed by my employer on Friday 17th October.
Employer did not want me to continue work, so i effectively stopped work on the 17th, and employer is still paying my one month notice.
The Date of Notice of Termination on RP50 is 17th October, and the proposed Date of Termination is 18th November.
Should the date of termination not be 17th October?
I would be of the opinion that your employer is right in putting down the 17 Nov as termination date as they are paying you a months notice and you are lucky enough that you dont have to work that notice.
