Hi,
Does anybody know of anybody that has bought here?? - Ive heard good things as in the area is on the up and also bad as in traffic is set to get even worse and there is a camp of gipsies up the road - any opinions / facts?

Moved in about three months ago. I'm in the corner closest to the canal and have to say I feel pleased with my purchase. I'm two minutes from the bus. About 12 minutes from the train at broombridge (once the towpath is back in business, I'll be about 10 minutes from ashtown station). Don't have to drive to work because buses are so frequent.
Apartment itself is extremely solid. Never hear my neighbours. And everything was finished to a very high standard. Security men are extremely courteous.
Look at the deal you're getting, folks. It's pretty good
