ROS question - PAYE worker- Form 11 - select 2010 year missing?

I am a PAYE worker in Ireland, working for a US multinational.
I sold some company Stock Options in 2010 and paid the RTOS.
I believe I need to file a return for 2010 to reflect this.
I applied for ROS, and finally got the password on Friday.

When I log in, there is a drop down box "Select the period for which you wish to file.", I can only see years from 2000 to 2005.
It does not give me the option to complete a Form 11 for 2010.
Am I missing something?
Do I have to be registered for Income Tax for this to work?
How do I fix this? Is there a way around this?

You need to be reg for income tax for the Form 11 to be available. Call your tax office and they will sort out for you.
