ROS Pay and file deadline extended to midnight 16th November

Is this because of the important Ireland vs Estonia match taking place on the 15th!
 
nothing to do with the match!! if you know you can pay by the 16th you can leave filing it until then, if you cant pay you have to file at least the return by 31st so you dont encure any charges!!

It was originally the 15th
