I'm using ROS (form 11) for the first time. In the "Personal Tax Credits" section I'm adding my VHi expenses into the "Other Health Expenses" section. Previously when I completed the hardcopy form a reference was made to the Med1 form - ie I need to provide it. I see nothing in the online form about this. Anyone know why? Do I need to submit an additional (online?) Med1 form with my online form 11?
Is it the same if you are claiming tax relief on nursing home expenses paid on behalf of a parent? In previous years I filled in a form with lots of detail regarding my mothers PPS number, HSE support etc. This year I decided to claim online but it seems you only need to submit the amount with no further details. I haven't submited my claim yet as I was unsure what to do.
