Roofing expert for small repair

I need to organise a repair on a roof. The metal cladding on a dormer has lifted (wind) and needs to be re-fixed. My guess is that there is less than two hours' work involved. I want somebody who is competent, insured, and will give me a proper receipt

Can anybody recommend somebody suitable who is not too far away from Dublin 15?
