Riverwood was built in phases over a few years. But I remember looking at an end house 4 bed semi, corner site about 1600 sq ft attached garage in 1999/2000 for £160k. The biggest 3 bed semi was about 1150sq ft and £140k, then a smaller 3 bed semi approx 900sq ft was 135k or something like that. I think the was a bigger 4 bed for 180k. I'm not 100% certain though. I remember noting that when the they built the fernleigh townhouses/appartments, they were a similar price, to regular houses in the area of the same size. But there were hardly any houses for sale in the area at that time.
