Hi,

We are planning an extension and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with a company called Rival Construction Ltd.
The credentials seem very good, and I have seen some of their work in person. However we want as much info as possible, i.e. are they better value than other contractors, better service etc.

Why don't you contact the people listed in their "book of happy customers" and see what they have to say.
This could be most productive since it seems these people have allowed them to use their references.

In this thread you stated you will be appointing an "architech".

I'm not sure whether you meant an architect or an architectural technician (sometimes referred to as an "arch tech")
