i split with my partner November 2001, we had a joint mortage. we lived in the property from mid december 2000 and after the split she stated she didnt want nothing to do with the house and she moved out and took all the furniture. i then decided that i would rent the property out. recently i have tryed to take her of the deeds and now she is stating that she wants some sort of pay off and her solicitors have wrote saying to get the property valued. obviously it has increased in value and at no point has she ever contributed to the payments as it has always come out of my sole account.
