A Client of mine attended my office today with a letter from Bank of Ireland changing the way that his rate of interest is going to be calculated from a tracker type basis to a cost of funds type basis. I would be obliged if anyone can confirm whether other investment/commercial mortgage holders with Bank of Ireland have received similar letters or is my Client being individually targeted. Thanks
