Revenue E-Mail address

Apologies but I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question but it has in some way to do with Revenue and taxation.

I'm trying to get a review on 2005 and 2006 PAYE and when I send email to dublinfingalpaye@revenue.ie I come's back rejected access-denied, tried various e-mail accounts but no joy. This is the email address supplied when I enter my PPS number. Just wondering if anyone else had same issue at all? thanks again.

What type of query do you have. If basic query might be best to use the phone as I be suprised if email would even be dealt with

do get a balancing statement sign up to paye anytime online
 
I can't correspond via On-Line, and it's a query on child-carer's allowance I believe I should be entitled to for 2006 but it's marked as ineligible in the credits section, thought's I'd ping them a quick mail to sort out. Just found it odd they'd post an e-mail add. that is not working, as the on-line system is fantastic. I fill the criteria fine for 2007-2010 (having had to claim back 2008-2010 online...turnaround in 2 days), I'm sure it would be the same for 2006 and part of 2005, so I'm querying that. they do have secure email option maybe that would work, but i'm waiting for something in the post as i've only registered for it
 
thanks for that, doesn't seem to have bounced from that e-mail addy, I prefer the e-mail, paper trail approach or on-line.
 
If you phone them, tehy will ask you to fax it or email it afterwards. It will be dealt with much quicker and you will get a contact name by phoning.
