returning to do the leaving cert

hi jus wondering if anyone can help me?i would like to return to do my leaving cert if any has done this some advice would be great how to go about in doing it??

You can take a vtos course if you are 21 and over, you are unemployed, disabled, in early retirement, a lone parent or signing on.
