nUnlikely. You can either continue paying it in sterling or consider cancelling it and replacing it with an equivalent Irish Euro policy. Investigate the latter option carefully. I'm not aware of any insurance companies here (even those who operate on both sides of the water e.g. Standard Life) who will covert a policy.
You don't say what sort of policy it is. If it's an endowment policy you may be able to sell it.
