Hi there, im just returning from maternity leave next week. I have been told by my boss that my hours are being changed and pay is being reduced? Are they allowed do this. I accept the pay cut as all staff have gotten one. I will now have to work 5 mornings (4 hours a morning) rather than 4 days (5 hours a day)
