Hi,
I bought curtains from a well known curtain store late last year, paid 209e for them. They were eyelet curtains. The fabric was very light and started to pull away from the curtian rings. A lady I know who makes curtains told me the fabric was too light for the eyelet rings on the curtains. I returned them to the store and they took the curtains off me and told me they would send them back to the manufactures.
Does anyone know what would be the proceedure here. Will they just mend them and give them back to me. I feel like the same thing is going to happen again with the material being so light but I have the curtains about 10 months now.
Anyone what know what my rights would be here.
Thanks!
