Retirement relief from CGT

I am aware that there is relief from CGT when you sell a business on retirement.

I trade through a Company and own the building in my own name from which the company trades.

Would it be possible to sell both the business and building at ame time and avail of GCT relief.

If you full fill the criteria and sell both at the same time to the same person you should but you should seek professional advice as every situation is different.
