Hi There.I am a retired.P.A.Y.E.worker[civil service]. For the last 30 years i have returned completed form 12 every year plus 3 seperate rental schedules for 3 rental properties.Last return was for 2012.Revenue acknowledgement has said that "Please note that you will be registered for Income Tax for rental income tax purposes with effect from 1 January 2013".Does anyone know what this means as it is the first time i ever got it.Many Thanks.
