retail 18h per wk at weekends: Sunday paycut from double time to normal time.

I have been working weekends in a retail outlet for 8 years and always received double time for Sunday work.

I work approx 18 Hours a week.

My boss has just told my supervisor to cut Sunday time double pay starting next week to normal pay!

Can he do this and how can I stop it happening?

Is it just you, or everyone on your shift

Was it part of your contract? This happened to me recently

No We three were the only ones on this rate and our contract when we started had this recorded but we did not sign these.we don't know if it is happening to the other staff in other shops.
