Respa Mattress Genuine???

Hi

We just bought a new Respa Mattress which was quiet expensive (€900). We have been waiting over 2 months for it to be be delivered and it finally arrived today. When i got home this evening i noticed that there was nothing on the mattress to say it was a Respa. My partner said that there was nothing on the packaging either. Is this normal? I am terrified we have been ripped off. How do i know it is a Genuine Respa Mattress????
 
Agree ring them, Im sure they would appreciate you telling them if they are being copied aswell.

I got onto Respa imediatley and it turned out it was not A GENUINE respa mattress. I am taking the shop to the smalls claims court at the moment.
