Where can I find information on the residual value of different cars makes in the Irish market?

If your looking for a current secondhand valuation then CBG is a useful guide.

If your looking for future forecasted residual values, there is only one source I'm aware of and I wouldn't have much faith in their numbers.

Yes, I'm looking for future forecasted residual values. I'm trying to determine the likely residual value of a VW Golf 1.4L Comfortline 5 door against a Toyota Yaris Luna 1L 5 door two years from now.

https://www.ros.ie/VRTEnquiryServlet/ShowVRT indicates the open market selling price of these cars and I wonder if this is a good guide of likely future values when compared with their current list price.

VW Golf has a famously high residual value. Recent UK car mag in the office here gives it better than the new Merc A Class @ 60% after 3 years (I think). Don't know about Toyotas.
