Hi All,
[Any Recruitment Agents out there?]
I’m presently looking for a job and will be sending my CV to a number of recruitment agents, both for specific advertised roles and also for general applications. I wish to do whatever I can to maximise a recruitment agents attention towards my CV and thus finding me a job.
So far I have thought of the following: (which I stand to be corrected on)
Time of Sending: I would imagine that many people tend to send CVs to Recruitments Agents outside business hours and hence would be part of backlog. Assuming these backlogs are cleared early in the day, then sending a CV in the afternoon might have a better chance of getting immediate attention. (Maybe avoid all day Monday due to a weekend backlog).
Can I ask people within the Recruitment Industry if the above is in anyway correct and also for any other pointers on how to maximise attention for my CV.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks In Advance for all responses.
