Req for book on house plans / designs (Online please!)

Hi,

sister recently announced that she and her partner have decided to buy and site and build their first home. Early stages but definately going ahead. I would like to get them a book with house plans / designs (realisitic ones for a first build bungalow / dormer, not Grand Designs!)

Can anyone suggest a suitable book and if possible to purchase on-line?

Try this site. Never used them but I liked the look of a number of their house types and they suit all budgets
 
Thats a great link, thanks Dinny! I'll put them onto it - would also like to buy a book for them too, so other recommendations are welcome also.
 
You could also try Plan-a-home.ie. I used them once and found them very professional and they made slight adjustments to the plans at no extra cost. They also gave me the Maps in PDF format which was handy for printing off extra copies. They have offices in a few locations around the country. No association just a happy customer.
 
You can buy the book version of these plans in the Homes & DIY section of any decent bookstore, Easons, Hodges & Figgus (?), Borders etc.
 
Was hoping for an on-line recommendation, there are MANY books there but was hoping somebody would recommend one from personal experience. On-line option is best option (rural living!)
