Would anybody recommend property purchase on these islands:
Property , it would appear, is marginally less expensive on both , to Spain's Costas. Cyprus (south) has experienced good capital appreciation pre-eu accession in May 2004, and English is widely spoken, and the Legal Conveyancing system is based on Britain's. The attraction both Islands have is a year round climate, rather than Spain's seasonal Climate. Also Cyprus has a low CGT rate of 20% , compared to Gran Canaria's 35%
