Can I confirm the correct procedure for repesenting AVC payments on a Form 12 PAYE tax return - My AVCs are to an approved company scheme paid monthly by payroll deduction at gross before tax deductions :

Line 5 : Asks for (quote: ) 'Gross Amount of Taxable Income (available from P60)' : I believe this to be my gross pay AFTER having taken off any AVC payments
Under Section 36
Para 3 (quote: ) ' Amount of AVC contributions already relieved under the Nett p[pay arrangement in 2010' : Is this where I reflect my AVC contribution ? ( or if not here where should it be entered? )
