Reporting an Employer

I believe that my employer is engaging in unlawful work practices. For example, they refuse to enter into written contracts with their workers (notwithstanding the term of employment) and I was recently made redundant without notice. During my term of employment, I know of other employees made redundant without notice. They exclusively employ foreign workers and I have serious doubts as to whether they check the workers' visa requirements - they didn't check mine, even though I was working legally.
I am leaving the country in a few weeks, so it is not practical for me to bring any formal proceedings against the employer. But I would like to report them so that the company is held to account.
Is it possible to report them to an organisation or agency?

I'm moving this to the employment forum as it's essentially a question about that, rather than SW or redundancy entitlements.
