Replacement pull-out fridge tray

My mother has a Bosch integrated fridge / freezer (not sure of model no.). There are two pull out fridge trays that are cracked and need to be replaced. Anyone know where these can be bought? Are they generic?

No laughing now ............. but you could be economical like me..............My Mother-in-law's fridge had similar problem ................

I replaced the shelves with laminated wood flooring (tongue & groove ) ......cut to size , they worked perfectly .....and are still intact after 3 years

She can now store those heavy large bottles of Coke without any problems ........................
