Reopening an old account

I wouldn't have considered them in the first place given the other options (for free banking and better deposit rates) out there as pointed out earlier in this thread.
 
I'm my own person though and I make my own choices. I did want to go back to them but not anymore. I just thought that this was possible since I saw a picture of their Laser Card displayed on several ATM Machines. I even spoted an ACC branch one day as I was passing in a taxi.
