Hi all,

I hope I'm posting in the correct forum.

Has anyone got any information on this or how it works, I have only heard titbits about it. Is it a long term lease? does anyone have any experience? how does it work.

if I am unclear my apologies I'm not sure if I worded the question correctly.
 
The scheme you're thinking of is the Rental Accommodation Scheme.

As a start, here is the webpage from Meath Co Council on the scheme in that county - I'm sure the procedure is similar nationwide.
