If you are renting rooms and decide to leave the house I am aware of the tax implications and loss of mortgage interest relief.
However in these difficult times to find someone to rent the entire property to - would it be wise to continue renting to a few people in the knowledge of the resultant requirements (PRTB BER CERT RETURN to REVENUE)?
I have in mind that some rent is better than none.
