Hi All,
I'm sorry if this query is covered elsewhere on the site but I was just wondering if someone can help.
I bought a house with my ex boyfriend circa 4 years ago and we have a fixed term mortgage at the moment. I am currently living in the house with the hope of getting a tenant to share with me. This is proving difficult! Anyway if we were to decide to rent the whole house out would we be subject to stamp duty?
