Any advice on what legalities have to be in place before you rent a property?Or is just the agreement that the estate agent/letter would draw up between owner and tenant?
Also do you have to pay tax on the rent if rent is more than mortgage repayments?Or can you put the profit back in to the house i.e. house improvements?
