I am a PAYE employee. Can you put your rental return online with PAYE anytime, or in my case, a rental loss? I've looked at the Schedule E non PAYE Income tab but you can't include negative numbers in there.
I have losses for 07-09 that I need to return.
Or do I need to submit a Form12?
